David Forte is a professor of law at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. He is author of The Supreme Court, and has edited Natural Law and Contemporary Public Policy and The Supreme Court in American Politics: Judicial Activism vs. Judicial Restraint. His most recent book is Studies in Islamic Law: Classical and Contemporary Applications.
